Job Title: Export Sales Assistant

Summary: Responsible for operational sales support on the Export Sales Team. This position is the point of contact for assigned accounts and works with internal cross functional teams offering operational sales support, from start to finish. Responsibilities:

  • Operational sales support.
  • Submit Design projects, collaborate with customers and internal Creative team to ensure customers get exactly what they need.
  • Request product samples based on customer requirements.
  • Coordinate customer visits to corporate headquarters.
  • Work with Product Development team to ensure samples are made correctly and sent to us in a timely manner.
  • Constant follow up with everyone involved, Customer, Creative, PD, including CFO for approval of appropriate shipping method.
  • Collect production information for New Item Set Up, including image information for Item Creation in Oracle which requires extensive Data Entry.
  • Run multiple Weekly Reports.

Requirements:

  • LOCAL candidate only
  • In Office M-F, in Los Angeles company headquarters
  • Relevant inside sales operations support.
  • Bilingual, English/Spanish.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office proficient, Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Experience working with Oracle ERP helpful, not necessary.
  • Require strong organization skills.
