Job description

Shipping Export Clerk requires:

  • SAP ERP system
  • International commercial terms
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Duties:

  • Prepare and manage international shipping documentation
  • Authorize release of export sales orders to the warehouse
  • Enter export declarations into the portal
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve export compliance issues
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Submit export license applications when required
  • Develop and conduct internal training on export compliance procedures
  • Monitor global trade regulations, sanctions, and compliance updates
  • Update and maintain export compliance manuals and procedures
  • Collaborate with departments across all levels in a customer-focused, team-oriented manner
  • Recommend appropriate shipping channels and compliance processes
