Our client is a 198-year-old multi-national manufacturer of agricultural equipment, and they are looking for an Export Sales Support Specialist who will focus their activities educating and supporting company staff and distributors on the company’s products made in North America. You will report to the Director of Sales for North America.

What you will be doing:

· Serve as a primary liaison to the company’s distribution subsidiaries and importers outside of North America; coordinating all interactions regarding product sales performance, trade shows, visits, demonstrations, and product launches for their U.S products and services.

· Assure that designated sales representatives are trained, informed and supported, in order to effectively represent the company’s North American products and services

· Work to influence the company’s international network to grow their products made in North America

· Manage machine inventory

· Assist in development of products and programs aimed at achieving increased sales and customer satisfaction

· When not traveling you will work from their N.A. headquarters answering questions, preparing presentations, learning about new product development and supporting staff outside North America

What they are looking for:

· Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time internationally to work with company staff and dealers

· Bachelor’s degree in business, agri-business, marketing, engineering or a related field

· 5+ year of prior sales / sales support experience with some being either in agricultural or heavy mobile equipment
