The Specialist, Corporate Finance & Expense Management role is an opportunity to help modernize how Corporate Finance turns data into insight. This associate will support a centralized reporting environment across Corporate Finance and OCEO groups, helping strengthen professional reporting, improve how the business visualizes and interacts with data, and deliver more sophisticated analytics through Power BI and related tools.
This is a strong fit for a finance professional who enjoys blending technical reporting capability with business partnership. The role calls for someone who can take broad reporting needs, translate them into practical solutions, and present clear, decision-useful insight to stakeholders across the organization.
The position also offers broad exposure across Corporate Finance and the opportunity to help shape future reporting capabilities while building bench strength for continued growth within the function.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop effective Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics that improve reporting capabilities across Corporate Finance.
  • Translate business needs into practical, user-friendly reporting solutions that strengthen insight generation, data quality, and decision support.
  • Build and maintain reporting processes, tools, and views that help the business better visualize, consume, and act on financial information.
  • Support consolidated reporting across multiple Corporate Finance and OCEO groups and help elevate the sophistication and consistency of reporting outputs.
  • Work with large and sometimes complex data sets to identify trends, surface meaningful insights, and improve how information is delivered to stakeholders.
  • Partner effectively with finance and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, gather requirements, and deliver solutions that are practical, intuitive, and actionable.

Qualifications
  • Advanced Excel skills, including experience building formulas, setting up models, and structuring analysis in a thoughtful, scalable way.
  • Demonstrated experience with Power BI or Tableau, with the ability to create dashboards and reporting that drive clarity and decision-making.
  • Experience using Power Query and working with large data sets; broader programming or technical skills are a plus.
  • Strong finance acumen and the ability to connect technical reporting work to practical business and expense-management needs.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, gather business requirements, and translate them into reporting outputs that are useful to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable approach, with interest in helping a growing team improve how Corporate Finance reporting is delivered and scaled over time.

Reporting Relationships: Reports to Manager/Director. This is an individual contributor role.
Typical Skills and Experiences:
Education: Undergraduate studies in finance, accounting, economics or a related field; degree preferred.
License/Certification/Designation: Pursuit of CPA or other related technical insurance designation desirable.
Experience: Typically, six or more years related experience in finance, accounting, insurance or similar field. Product or business unit specific experience required.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: In-depth knowledge of statistical/financial analysis, financial statement and budget preparation, and enterprise-wide business operations. Knowledge of GAAP and statutory accounting practices and insurance/financial services business requirements. Project management concepts and techniques.
Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence.
Staffing exceptions to the above must be approved by the hiring manager's leader and HR Business Partner.
