Job Overview (Purpose of the Job)

Own and scale the 6sense certification and Academy learning programs to drive deeper product adoption and measurable customer value. This role is responsible for maintaining and expanding existing certifications across the platform aligned to how customers use 6sense. You'll work on building the program for short-form learning that meets customers where they are and expands the reach and effectiveness of 6sense Academy across the entire customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Manage and evolve the end-to-end content & certification strategy and roadmap.
Revamp and update current certifications and courses.
Expand certification coverage across products and use cases.
Partner with Product, PMM, and CS to ensure certifications and courses stay current and valuable.
Develop deep technical fluency across the 6sense platform and B2B GTM ecosystem to ensure content reflects real-world workflows.
Continuously gather learner feedback and usage data to improve existing content and raise quality across the library.
Build scalable systems for content intake, governance, and measurement.
Develop and audit certification content.

QualificationsEducational and Experience Requirements

2+ years of experience in:
Customer Education, and/or
Customer Success, Enablement, Program Management, or Training
Experience working in a SaaS or high growth environment, ideally with technical or compliance-driven products.
Proven track record of owning complex, strategic initiatives and driving measurable outcomes independently.

Competencies and Behaviors

Ability to leverage AI across various platforms and medias
Strong program management skills, able to structure ambiguity into clear plans and deliverables.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
Executive presence and comfort leading high-stakes conversations with senior customer stakeholders.
Ability to balance customer empathy with business and scalability considerations.
Comfortable presenting, facilitating live sessions, and fielding unscripted questions.
Understanding of how to develop scalable processes for content creation and maintenance.
Have a problem-solving mentality and a willingness to learn.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with tools like Skilljar, Camtasia, and similar LMS and video editing platforms.
Background in technical training, compliance, or risk-related domains.
Experience building education programs from scratch or significantly scaling an existing one.
Experience with in-product learning tools like Pendo.
Background in B2B SaaS or MarTech.
Experience building simulations or AI-powered learning.

Base Salary Range: $98,280.00 - $138,144.00. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work location and experience. The base salary is one component of 6sense's total compensation package for this position. Other compensation may include a bonus program or commission plan, and stock options if approved by 6sense's board. In addition, 6sense provides a variety of benefits, including generous health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, self-care days, and paid time off (PTO). #Li-remote
