Job description

At Coram AI, we're reimagining video security for the modern world. Our cloud-native platform uses computer vision and AI to help businesses stay safe, make smarter decisions, and move faster; from real-time alerts to seamless clip sharing and multi-site visibility.
You'll be joining an ambitious, fast-moving team that values clarity, craftsmanship, and impact. Every person here has a voice, ships meaningful work, and helps shape how AI can make the world safer and more connected.
About the role:
Coram AI is building the operating system for physical security in the AI era with a single agentic platform unifying video, access control, environmental monitoring, and guest management into one intelligent system that protects the places millions of people walk into every day.
Our accelerated Associate Account Executive (AAE) program is where you'll learn to sell. You'll work alongside a team of senior AEs on live deals, own pipeline, and earn your way into a full-cycle Account Executive promotion within 6 months, compared to the 2-year industry average. This is more than an SDR role - it's the start of your career in AI technology.
Responsibilities:
  • Build and qualify pipeline through targeted, strategic prospecting
  • Partner with senior AEs on live deals, from discovery to close
  • Participate in and help deliver product demos to prospects and partners
  • Understand and uncover customer needs and business problems to effectively communicate how Coram can solve them
  • Master Coram's platform and learn how to sell value
  • Consistently outperform assigned goals and earn your promotion to a full-cycle Account Executive title
  • Ability to understand complex business environments and uncover customer issues, process problems, and translate need into business opportunities.

What we're looking for:
  • A strong work ethic with a focus on winning the right way
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant working experience
  • Sharp communication skills in English: written, verbal, and in-person
  • Competitive edge: Hungry to win and motivated to work harder than the person next to them.
  • Internally motivated: Doesn't wait for instructions. Takes initiative by default.
  • A coachable and curious mindset with the ability to ask questions, take feedback, and apply it to your work
  • Resilient in challenging and fast-paced environments
  • Must be willing and able to work onsite five days per week

What we offer:
  • Competitive compensation package ($60,000-$70,000 which includes base salary + variable compensation)
  • Flexible paid time off and 10 paid holidays
  • Daily team breakfast and dinner, and regular team off-sites
  • The latest Apple products and unlimited tech stack (Claude Cowork, Perplexity Computer, Nooks, Clay, Instantly, etc.)
  • 100% Employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and base life insurance
  • 401(k) with both Traditional and Roth options
  • Early-stage equity in a rapidly growing company
  • Referral bonuses

We're on a mission to transform a $50B+ legacy industry by bringing the power of cutting-edge multimodal LLMs and computer vision to real-world security and operations. From firearm detection to intelligent access control, our AI-native platform turns every camera and sensor into a smart system that enhances safety, efficiency, and awareness.
Founded by Ashesh Jain (ex-Lyft Level 5, PhD Cornell) and Peter Ondruska (ex-Lyft, PhD Oxford), Coram AI is backed by Battery Ventures, Mosaic, and 8VC, have raised over $30M, and were named to the CB Insights AI 100 as one of the most promising AI companies in the world.
