Job description

Solutions Sales Executive
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Local candidates required)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission

Overview
We’re seeking a Solutions Sales Executive based in the Philadelphia area to drive new business and expand client relationships through consultative sales of staffing and professional services. This role is focused on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions that support business and technology initiatives.

This is not a product sales role. We’re looking for someone with experience selling services or solutions—ideally within a staffing environment—who can build relationships, identify opportunities, and drive revenue.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop new business within the Philadelphia market through proactive outreach and networking
  • Build and grow relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations
  • Identify client challenges and align appropriate staffing and services solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Expand existing accounts by uncovering new opportunities
  • Partner closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful placements and engagements
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and activity tracking in CRM tools
  • Stay informed on market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in solutions, services, or staffing sales
  • Background in consultative, relationship-driven sales (not product-only sales)
  • Experience working with recruiting or delivery teams in a services environment
  • Proven ability to generate new business and grow accounts
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter who can operate independently while collaborating with internal teams
  • Must be based in or near Philadelphia, PA
Nice to Have
  • IT staffing or professional services sales experience
  • Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise clients
  • Existing network within the Philadelphia market
Why Join Us
  • Competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential
  • Opportunity to sell high-impact services and solutions
  • Collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Clear path for growth and advancement
