The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives within the organization. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and supporting various projects to enhance productivity and efficiency.


1. Calendar Management: Maintain and manage executive schedules, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

2. Communication Handling: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of executives. Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality.

3. Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting meeting notes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.

4. Travel Arrangements: Organize domestic and international travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Ensure all travel details are well-coordinated and communicated.

5. Document Preparation: Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents. Maintain organized records and filing systems.

6. Project Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of various projects. Provide research, data analysis, and support as needed.

7. Expense Management: Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner. Track and manage expense budgets for executive-related activities.

8. Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

9. Relationship Management: Liaise with key stakeholders, clients, and vendors on behalf of executives. Build and maintain relationships within and outside the organization.

Salary: $75,000-$100,000


  • Master’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting senior-level executives.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with other productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate executive needs.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
  • Experience in event planning or coordination.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Knowledge of specific industry or sector (if applicable).

This position may require occasional overtime or availability outside of regular working hours to accommodate executive schedules or time-sensitive tasks.
