Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Chief Executive Officer. This is a high-level executive support role responsible for managing schedules, coordinating travel, supporting executive priorities, and ensuring operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate is a trusted professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, meetings, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings.
  • Draft and respond to communications on behalf of the CEO as appropriate.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on executive priorities and action items.
  • Coordinate all business travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries.
  • Prepare and submit CEO expense reports and review executive expense submissions.
  • Coordinate executive-related events, including client dinners and business functions.
  • Assist with event logistics and coordination.
  • Support internal coordination between leadership team members.
  • Track deliverables and ensure follow-through on executive priorities.
  • Coordinate personal travel and select personal appointments as needed.
  • Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting a CEO or senior executive.
    • Proven ability to manage executive schedules and priorities.
    • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
