Sales Account Executive

A fast growing B2B2C company is looking to add a Sales Account Executive to their team! This company builds modern payment infrastructure for highly regulated industries and works with enterprise customers to help them move, manage, and monetize payments at scale. This is a full-time, direct hire role.

Location: 100% Remote!

Compensation: 400K OTE (150K-200K base DOE)

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Pipeline Development: Lead all aspects of the business development lifecycle within fintech verticals, managing the transition from initial outreach to closed-won status.
  • Market Expansion & Network Activation: Utilize an existing professional network to accelerate market penetration and build high-value partnerships from day one.
  • Vertical Strategy & Prioritization: Collaborate with leadership to define and refine target accounts, ensuring sales efforts are aligned with long-term scaling objectives.
  • High-Value Enterprise Negotiations: Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes for $1M+ contracts, ensuring buy-in from technical and compliance decision-makers.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with internal stakeholders—including Engineering, Risk, and Implementation—to facilitate seamless client transitions.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our product capabilities (Push-to-Card, pay-by-bank, AFT, RTP, etc.) to provide consultative recommendations for diverse use cases.
