CIVIL ENGINEER - ENTRY LEVEL

Location: Minnetonka, MN | Hybrid
Schedule: Full-Time
Salary Range: $70,000 - $73,000

Now, we're looking for a Civil Engineer - Entry Level who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to projects that are shaping a sustainable future.

This isn't just a drafting role. You'll gain hands-on experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, collaborate with senior engineers, and take on real design challenges from redlining and grading support to preparing plan sets that drive renewable projects forward. Along the way, you'll receive mentorship, structured training, and opportunities to build a career in civil engineering with clear advancement paths.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Translate project requirements, site constraints, and survey data into clear CAD drawings.

  • Support plan set development and design documentation while maintaining EVS standards.

  • Revise drawings based on redlines and markups with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Develop skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D grading tools to assist with site design.

  • Collaborate with senior engineers to support active projects and contribute to solutions.

  • Participate in team training, workshops, and technical discussions to continuously improve.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

  • 0-2 years of experience in civil engineering or a related discipline.

  • Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and CAD drafting tools (or strong desire to learn).

  • Understanding basic site design, grading, and stormwater management principles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

  • Curiosity, initiative, and eagerness to grow professionally.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
