  • Partner with Sales, People Operations, and Finance leadership to ensure commission plans are interpreted and executed accurately.
  • Review commission data for completeness and accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare recurring commission reports, dashboards, and analyses for management review.
  • Support monthly and quarterly close activities related to commission accruals and reconciliations.
  • Maintain documentation of commission policies, plan logic, and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist in evaluating and improving commission processes, controls, and systems to enhance scalability and accuracy.

Treasury

  • Support daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, cash movement tracking, and bank activity monitoring.
  • Prepare short-term and medium-term cash flow forecasts to support liquidity planning and decision-making.

  • Coordinate with Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Accounting to ensure timely and accurate cash disbursements.
  • Maintain banking documentation, user access records, and treasury-related controls.
  • Support efforts to optimize banking processes, payment timing, and overall working capital management.

Financial Analysis & Process Improvement

  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen controls, efficiency, and reporting quality.
  • Support ad hoc financial analysis, reporting requests, and special projects as needed.
  • Assist with audit requests and provide supporting schedules and documentation for commissions and treasury activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, treasury, commissions, or related analytical roles.
  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, payroll systems, commission tools, and/or banking platforms preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to manage recurring deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • High degree of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial and compensation data.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to cash forecasting, treasury operations, and banking relationships.
  • Familiarity with systems such as NetSuite, ADP, commission platforms (CaptivateIQ), or treasury/banking portals.
