Join our team and earn$75,000 -$80,000/ annually with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with flexibility to work outside standard hours based on business needs.

As part of our commitment to a flexible work schedule, this role does not have a set amount of vacation per year.

You are:

You are aresultsdriven contributor who can manage all client activity while helping our customers receive the maximum results on their mailing campaignsin accordancewithUSPS regulations. You are a Performance-driventeam player whopossessesclear verbal and written communications skills,and who can be relied upon to exercise sound judgement when managing the expectations of our internal and external clients.

You will:

  • Manage and build client relationships with large and or complex customers to encourage new and repeat business opportunities
  • Develop andfacilitatethe proposal process for assigned clients including budget and pricing development, proposal writing, contractnegotiationsand other client services
  • Manage Pitney Bowes Presort Services' relationship with assigned clients by actively preventing issues
  • Notify client's senior management and/or Pitney Bowes Presort Services management of issues or changesrequiredto enhance andmaintainclient retention
  • Provide in-depth analysis and presentations to senior level management
  • Actively engage representatives of named accountsfrequentlyin person and independently develop client relationships to ensure andmaintainclient retention
  • Analyze and evaluate required reporting to assure volumes, pricing and quality areappropriateand service level requirements are met
  • Work with USPS and functional department management and advise and provide recommendations to clients to improve mail quality (i.e.Critical Entry Time, readability, mail piece design, etc.)
  • Develop a deep understanding of assigned clients' products and long-term business strategies andidentifyadditionalrevenue and business opportunities
  • Make recommendations and present proposals to decision makers to increase revenue and profitability
  • Negotiate contract renewals per Pitney Bowes Presort Servicesestablishedrate card guidelines and obtain signed contracts for existing contracts up for renewal
  • Negotiate contract agreements with existing clients that do not have a signed agreement with Pitney Bowes Presort Services to obtain formal agreements
  • Prioritize plans and communicate regulatory changes for assigned clients and work with them to execute
  • Develop an effective contract strategy that is measured by the preservation and protection of assigned clients
  • Determinerequired contract changesas a result ofregulatory changes and negotiate updated contract terms with assigned clients
  • Represent Pitney Bowes Presort Services at industry events and tradeshows
  • Obtain within the first year of employment and maintain MDP (Mail Design Professional) Certification
  • This is an on-site role in Maryland Heights, MO, with responsibility over MO clients and a similar sized out-of-state client book
  • Other duties as assigned

Your Background:

As an Executive Client Relationship Manager,you have:

  • A minimum 3-5 years successful senior level sales and/or account management/development experience
  • Ability to be available 24/7 to address customer issues as needed
  • Ability to develop and grow long-term client relationships
  • Strong communicationand negotiation skills including the ability to adapt style as needed
  • Computer skills using Microsoft Office
  • Ability to make sound decisions with the information at hand
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple work assignments with frequent interruptions
  • Detail orienteda must
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Pitney Bowes Presort Services performs mail sorting; performing some of the work that would typically be performed by the USPS.For completing this work, Presort Servicesreceivesdiscounted postage rates.By performing this sorting work on behalf of our clients, weare able toshare a portion of that discount with them. Our national network of operating centers processes over 17 billion pieces of mail annually.We provide mailers with end-to-end solutions from pick-up at their location into delivery into the postal system network, providingoptimalpostage savings.
