About the Role: NVR is seeking a Junior BD Executive for our Chantilly VA location to join our Corporate Growth team. Our growing company is in need of an experienced and resourceful Jr. Business Development Executive to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new Federal Government IT markets (Civilian and DoD). The position will report directly to our President. The selected individual will be held accountable for identification, evaluation and capture of new business development opportunities necessary to meet or exceed the company's forecast and plan. In addition, this individual will plan and recommend business development and marketing strategies to achieve maximum customer and market penetration and to drive tactical and strategic growth. Candidates should have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage a diverse team in an evolving industry landscape. Successful applicants should also be willing to travel.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods in Federal and SLED markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

  • Identify qualified teaming partners and prepare detailed competitor analyses
  • Attend relevant industry events and conferences, and market company capabilities and services

  • Support in creating and presenting effective sales pitches, contributing to the conversion of prospects

Qualifications:
