Job description

IT/Fleet Assistant

Top Guard is recruiting for an assistant to our Fleet/IT Manager. This position will be full time, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with some weekends when vehicles at our client sites need immediate attention. Pay range $19 - $22 hourly.

Duties will include but not limited to:

·         Assist the IT Manager with managing, administering, and tracking activities to all IT related equipment and services for the company.

·         Manage, administer, and track activities related to Vision InSites for our Top Guard clients.

·         Conduct client site visits there are issues using Vision InSites to troubleshoot and resolve this issue.

·         Assist the Fleet/IT Manager with the Top Guard fleet of vehicles (including fuel, maintenance, breakdowns, and emergency assistance).

·         Assist with conducting regular inspections of Top Guard vehicles on sites to assess condition and ensure vehicles are in good working order.

·        Assist with the oversite of Top Guard facilities to include repairs, scheduled maintenance, ensure functionality, comfort, and safety for Top Guard employees working in these facilities.

·         Perform other duties as assigned.
