Job Description:
Seeking a Records Management Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for records management and public records solutions supporting government and public sector workflows.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Lead product strategy and execution for records management solutions
  • Manage and mentor 1-2 Product Owners
  • Write user stories and define product requirements
  • Gather and prioritize customer and business needs
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, compliance, and stakeholders
  • Support roadmap planning, feature enhancements, and product launches
  • Ensure solutions align with records retention and compliance standards
  • Translate customer pain points into scalable product improvements
  • Support public search and land records functionality initiatives

Requirements:

  • Must-Haves:
    • 5 years of externally facing product management experience
    • Experience with B2B or B2G software products
    • Background in records management, indexing files, and public/land search systems
    • Experience working within organizations such as Kofile, Fidlar Technologies, Harris, Tyler Technologies, Iron Mountain, or similar environments
    • Experience managing or leading small teams
    • Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
    • Familiarity with records retention policies, digitization workflows, and compliance standards
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • USC or Green Card holder required
  • Nice-to-Haves:
    • Experience working directly with county clerk offices or public records departments
    • GovTech or public sector software experience
    • Experience supporting document governance or information lifecycle platforms
