What is a remote software renewal specialist?

A Remote Software Renewal Specialist is a professional responsible for managing and processing software subscription renewals for clients or customers, all while working remotely. Their duties typically include reaching out to clients, providing renewal quotes, answering questions about products or services, and ensuring a seamless transition for continued software usage.
