What You Will Be Doing


In this critical executive role, you will safeguard our company assets, drive operational efficiency, and provide the financial reporting that fuels our strategic decision-making:

  • Corporate Accounting & Operations: Manage all aspects of corporate accounting, including rigorous general ledger (GL) reconciliations, accounts payable (AP), and daily cash disbursements.
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to internal stakeholders.
  • Audit & Compliance: Lead internal audits and coordinate seamlessly with external auditors to ensure strict compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Internal Controls: Develop, implement, and monitor robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and significantly enhance operational efficiency.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide deep insights into financial performance and support highly accurate budgeting processes.
  • Systems Management: Utilize QuickBooks and NEWSTAR software for the efficient management of accounting processes and reporting.


What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)

  • Education & Licensure (Required): A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, paired with an active CPA certification.
  • Public Accounting Experience: Proven public accounting experience with one of the Big Four (or another top-tier) accounting firms is strictly required.
  • Controller Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in senior-level financial management or corporate Controller roles.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in general ledger reconciliation, accounts payable processes, and advanced financial report writing.
