Location: Baltimore, MD/In-Office

Compensation: $125,000 โ€“ $135,000 base salary, plus a comprehensive benefits package

The Controller will act as the senior financial leader for a well-established nonprofit organization based in Baltimore, MD. This Controller will oversee all financial functions, strengthen internal processes, and ensure accurate, compliant, and timely financial reporting. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution and is ideal for a professional who enjoys improving systems, building efficiencies, and driving financial excellence.

Controller Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all accounting operations, financial reporting, audit coordination, and regulatory compliance
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, balancing day-to-day execution with strategic priorities

Controller Qualifications
