Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality and operational excellence? We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team, maintain exceptional cleanliness standards, and deliver an outstanding guest experience.
What You'll Do
  • Lead, train, coach, and develop housekeeping team members to ensure high performance and service excellence.
  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring compliance with company, brand, and hotel standards.
  • Create and manage staff schedules based on occupancy forecasts and business demands.
  • Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout the property.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
  • Manage employee performance, productivity, and departmental accountability.
  • Maintain inventory, supplies, and departmental budget expectations.
  • Complete required reports and administrative tasks accurately and on time.
  • Assist with housekeeping, laundry, and public area duties as needed.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on quality and efficiency.

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of 2 years of housekeeping management experience in the hospitality industry; Hilton experience a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and equipment usage.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and follow safety procedures, policies, and operational guidelines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
