The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a talented Flight Attendant for the San Antonio Hangar, whom performs duties as a third crew member in corporate aircraft in accordance with FAR 91 and USAA Flight Operation' procedures. Responsible for all in-flight services and ground-based preparations required to ensure that passengers have a safe and comfortable air travel experience.

We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be
in the office. This position is based in : San Antonio, TX. Relocation assistance is available for this position.

What you'll do:

  • Provides aircraft cabin service in a professional, polite and courteous manner in order to maximize passenger and crew comfort, safety and well being.
  • Coordinates flight catering and beverage requirements, and ensures aircraft and commissary is properly stocked.
  • Conducts cabin safety briefings with passengers to familiarize them with all safety precautions and emergency procedures.
  • Assists passengers with boarding, deplanement and baggage removal.
  • Performs administrative and other operational duties as assigned by the Director, Flight Operations.
  • Communicate with senior company executives and Board Members.
  • Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.


What you have:

  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.


Experiences that will support your success:

  • Previous Flight Attendant Career Training School (FACTs) or equivalent training in cabin safety and emergency procedures.
  • 4 or more years of flight attendant experience, preferably in a Corporate Flight Operation environment.

Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: 85,040.00 - 153,080.00,

Compensation: USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location.

Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.
