Job Description:
Our client is a boutique investment firm in Westchester. This position supports the Executive Officers and includes office manager responsibilities. Our client offers an environment that thrives on success and promotes learning and development at every level. This firm offers the opportunity to work with some of the brightest minds within Financial Services in a very close-knit environment. The ideal candidate will be excited about working a 10-hour day and have a no job too big or small mentality.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, conference calls, and book internal and external meetings
  • Coordinate complex, every changing travel - includes flight, cars, client dinners and meetings (must be flexible to troubleshoot at various hours when outside home time zone)
  • Order office supplies and greet guests in lobby
  • Perform personal support, such as grabbing lunch, and occasional personal appointments, making coffee
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as needed and directed
  • Create and modify presentations and work on special projects as needed
  • Work on occasional investor events and communications
  • Take part in research for direct reports as needed
  • Have a high sense of discretion when handling sensitive information

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative support
  • Ideally experience supporting a C-Level Executive
  • Financial Services experience strongly preferred
  • Strong multi-tasking ability
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • High level understanding and competency of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle matters outside of normal business hours as necessary

Compensation:

  • $125,000 - $135,000
