Executive Partner to the CRO

This role functions as a true extension of executive judgment. It requires enterprise-level thinking, board and investor interface readiness, and the ability to drive cross-functional follow-through on behalf of the most senior leaders in the organization. The Executive Partner is not defined by seniority - it is earned by scope.

ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS / DUTIES

Architect and manage the executive's full operating rhythm - applying strategic judgment to balance competing priorities and manage inbound with precision

Serve as primary point of contact for board members, investors, and senior external stakeholders on behalf of the executive

Coordinate full board and committee materials - managing timelines, confidentiality, and distribution with the highest standards

Navigate enterprise power structures and advise on stakeholder approach; manage sensitive organizational dynamics

Manage complex domestic and international travel with end-to-end ownership

Drive cross-functional follow-through on executive priorities - proactively surfacing risks and translating insight into action

Represent the executive's perspective and values across the organization; model leadership standards within the admin community

Champion adoption of new tools and AI capabilities across the admin community; serve as a resource for best practices

Manage the highest-level confidential information across board, legal, financial, and organizational matters

Lead or support special projects and strategic initiatives at executive direction

Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures
