Shift: 1st Shift, 8:00AM-04:30PM
Pay Rate: $30-$38.40/Hr. on W2
Job description:
Our client seeking a highly motivated Executive Administrator to provide support to the Vice President of International Business Development and the Senior Director of Business Winning and other leadership team members as needed.
The position requires executive communication skills, strong collaboration, a high level of judgement, strong organizational skills, tremendous attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines while balancing multiple priorities.
This position requires a high level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
This role will also operate as part of a highly collaborative administrative team, ensuring seamless leadership team coverage and support as required.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Organizational skills - ability to prioritize tasks, manage calendars, schedules and keep track of documentation (filing - electronically)
Proficient with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and email protocol, web-based applications and business processes and the use of office equipment
Communication skills - ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, internal and external customers, with clear and concise command of grammar Sound interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships
Adaptable in handling multiple tasks and customers without compromising quality, operating independently using judgment and time management Timeliness, accuracy and attention to detail - approaching tasks from start to finish with proficiency, such as data entry and proofreading documents Plan and manage internal and external events and provide hospitality
Maintain and order office, coffee, water supplies and/or arrange catering
Required Skills:
Working knowledge of Concur - travel software
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Experience with arranging international travel and supporting a remote team that supports ongoing international and domestic travel.
5+ years of experience performing administrative duties supporting remote teams.
Strong level of integrity to safeguard personnel / company proprietary information.
Preferred Skills:
Notary Public Strong Working knowledge of Concur - travel software Strong Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Strong Experience with arranging international travel and supporting a remote team that supports ongoing international and domestic travel.
Experience Required:
Experience at the executive administrative level.
Requires proven working knowledge of commonly used PC/ Microsoft Office applications and office equipment.
Specifically Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge and experience with travel and expense applications in Concur Fast paced work environment, must be well organized and work well under pressure.
Exerts normal physical energy associated mostly with sitting and may occasionally stand or walk to perform the work of the position.
May lift light office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds and/or operate technical equipment such as computers and peripherals.
Education:
High School/GED and 5+ years of experience. Associates degree preferred.
