ON A TYPICAL DAY YOU'LL
  • Partner closely with the Leadership team to understand priorities and help drive strategic planning, project execution, and alignment across the company
  • Manage planning and execution of leadership, board, and other key company meetings and events, ensuring clarity of purpose, alignment on outcomes, and efficient use of time and resources; execute logistics, including scheduling, agenda development, capturing and tracking meeting notes and action items, and setup; ensuring effective communication and follow-through
  • Manage and support company operating rhythms in partnership with the CEO and CPO & VP, Business Operations, including but not limited to leadership and all company meetings and events, and planning cycles; ensuring timely execution and effective communication
  • Lead, manage, and/or support the seamless execution of special projects and cross-functional initiatives
  • Partner with key stakeholders to effectively manage and support corporate governance, compliance, legal, and risk management operational processes, including but not limited to diligence, corporate insurance, contract management, and other key business operations processes and programs
  • Develop and implement effective systems, workflows, and automations to help drive operational excellence
  • Manage administrative needs for the CEO and Leadership Team, including but not limited to preparing and editing correspondence, presentations, and other documentation, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, administering expense reports, and arranging travel, while ensuring effective prioritization
  • Assist with other projects and administrative support needs as assigned

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 6+ years of experience in a Sr. Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant role supporting C-level and senior-level executives
  • Adept at working in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible, proactive, and resourceful; ability to handle ambiguity and remain calm under pressure
  • Skilled at building and maintaining effective relationships across all levels, and proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams; demonstrates a high level of integrity and acts as a positive influence
  • Demonstrated a high level of professionalism in managing internal and external relationships, and the ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with utmost discretion
  • Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational and analytical skills, including the ability to streamline executive workflows and utilize data to inform decision-making
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality execution and process improvement capabilities
  • Excellent prioritization, time-management, and problem-solving skills, ability to anticipate needs, and effectively multi-task
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Technically savvy with a high proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and other common workplace tools; adept at adopting and navigating systems and tools quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to work onsite five days a week as required, and comfortable working outside traditional business hours when needed
