Executive Assistant / Secretary to Vice President (Bilingual Japanese/English) [ Summary ]
  • A leading global housing and construction group is seeking a Bilingual Executive Assistant for its corporate headquarters in the North Dallas area. This position will provide high-level, dedicated secretarial support to an incoming corporate Executive Board Member from the global headquarters. This role offers flexible working arrangements, including part‑time options, contract/temporary staffing forms, and periodic hybrid/remote work flexibility. Salary ranges from $60K up to $90K(Depending on experience).
  • Provide comprehensive executive-level administrative and secretarial support to a corporate Executive Board Member from Japan.
  • Manage heavy calendar scheduling, coordinate internal/external high-level meetings, and filter corporate communications.
  • Arrange extensive domestic and international travel logistics, prepare itineraries, and handle corporate expense reconciliation.
  • Serve as a primary liaison and facilitate smooth bilingual communication (Japanese/English) between the local management team and the executive member.
  • Prepare, proofread, and translate executive-level correspondence, business documents, and presentation materials.
  • Adapt to flexible operations, including managing remote administrative tasks when the executive member travels internationally.
  • Standard Business Hours (Exempt or Non-Exempt depending on arrangement).

Flexible arrangements available: Open to full-time, or part-time/reduced hours
