Addison Group is partnering with a well-established organization in the media and information services industry to hire an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership. Our client is seeking a highly polished, organized professional who can provide executive-level administrative support while managing confidential information and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
Addison Group is hiring an Executive Assistant on behalf of our client for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role will provide high-level administrative support to multiple C-suite executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and executive office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and experience supporting senior leaders in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide executive administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and coordination of priorities
  • Manage complex scheduling needs while ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for executives, employees, and external partners
  • Prepare meeting materials, track follow-ups, and support executive office initiatives
  • Partner with executive leadership and the Chief of Staff on administrative and operational priorities
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Assist with additional projects and administrative needs as assigned

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience supporting executives in an administrative or executive assistant capacity
  • Experience supporting multiple C-suite executives simultaneously preferred
  • Strong calendar management and meeting coordination experience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly professional demeanor with strong executive presence
