The responsibilities of the Executive Assistant to the CFO & the COO, include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
  • Provides assistance to the CFO or the COO, and other officers as necessary, in special assigned projects.
  • Act as directed by the CFO or the COO in providing support and communication between the CFO's and COO's office and other departments within the facility.
  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties as required or directed by the CFO or COO in support of the administrative functions of the office of the CFO and COO.
  • Accept and perform temporary or long-term assignments to various departments within the facility as required by the CFO or COO.
  • Ensure all employees, residents, visitors, and the general public follow the facility's established policies and procedures.
  • Maintain an adequate liaison with families, residents and staff reflective of the officers.
  • Maintain daily calendar of CFO and COO.
  • Process and deliver mail to/for the CFO and COO as necessary.
  • Prepare and process correspondence for the CFO and COO, and other officers as necessary.
  • Maintain files for the CFO and COO, and other officers as necessary.
  • Plan and handle correspondence as requested and directed.

Experience and Skills:
  • Bachelor Degree preferred.
  • Must have, as a minimum, five (5) years of clerical/secretarial experience. Ability to type and use general office equipment is required. Computer skills required.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
  • Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
  • Must possess leadership ability and willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel.
