The CEO and COO of a well-funded real estate portfolio company are seeking an Executive Assistant to serve as their trusted โ€œright handโ€ and strategic partner. The ideal candidate has 7-12 years of experience supporting C-Suite executives, preferably in private equity or real estate. This an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be a true force multiplier, taking as much off the CEO and COOโ€™s plate as possible so they can focus on the growing business. The ideal candidate is proactive, polished, calm, warm and engaging, with a creative problem-solving mindset and a โ€œhigh touchโ€ service orientation.

About the Job:

  • Handle complex calendar management for the CEO and COO scheduling meetings with internal stakeholders and clients
  • Serve as gatekeeper and liaison to senior leadership, investors, clients, and strategic partners across multiple priorities
  • Prioritize emails and craft correspondence on the principalsโ€™ behalf, maintaining the cadence of how they write/communicate
  • Manage communications; draft briefing materials, meeting agendas, investor updates, board presentations, executive summaries, and PowerPoint presentations
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries
  • Drive special projects and strategic initiatives, tracking deliverables
  • Plan executive events, client meetings, dinners, with aโ€ high touch,โ€ service orientation
  • Oversee the CEO and COOโ€™s expenses
  • Leverage AI tools and technology platforms to improve workflow efficiency, organization, and executive leverage in a fast-paced environment

About You:

  • Proven experience operating as a trueโ€ right-handโ€ gatekeeper and strategic partner to senior executives
  • Exceptional organizational judgment and prioritization skills
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to anticipate needs, navigate ambiguity, and problem solve with minimal intervention
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent the principals at all levels, including internal stakeholders, investors and clients,
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills, strong PowerPoint presentation experience; comfortable using AI tools
