Personal Assistant

Introduction: CRM Experts Online, a premier CRM implementation and services provider, is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Personal Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role is ideal for a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to play a pivotal role in the efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the COO, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Act as a point of contact between the COO and internal departments/external clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the COO.
  • Manage, coordinate, and attend meetings, ensuring the COO is well-prepared for meetings, and taking minutes and action points as needed.
  • Facilitate smooth daily operations through proactive problem solving and efficient handling of administrative tasks.
  • Assist in project management for special projects at the direction of the COO, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.
