Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and strategic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead HW Home into its next chapter of growth, retail innovation, and market expansion. The CEO will hold full responsibility for the company's financial performance, strategic direction, brand integrity, and overall operational excellence across all retail showrooms and digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute long-term corporate strategies to maximize revenue, market share, and profitability.

• Provide executive leadership and oversight to the management team across retail operations, merchandising, marketing, logistics, and finance.

• Drive brand innovation and maintain the company's reputation as a premium leader in the luxury home furnishings market.

• Oversee the financial health of the corporation, including budgeting, capital allocation, P&L management, and financial reporting.

• Foster a collaborative, high-performance corporate culture aligned with our core values of quality, service, and excellence.


Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CEO, COO, or senior executive within the high-end retail, luxury consumer goods, or home furnishings industries.

• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience managing corporate budgets and full P&L accountability.

• Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and public speaking capabilities.

• Deep understanding of premium brand positioning, omni-channel retail marketing, and supply chain management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA highly preferred).


Compensation:

• $185,000 - $250,000 yearly (based on experience) plus performance-based executive bonuses.
