Job description

Inspire Brands is seeking an Executive Compensation Senior Analyst to play a critical role in designing, analyzing, and administering executive compensation programs for a large, growing multi-brand restaurant company. This role supports the development of competitive, performance-driven, and governance-aligned compensation strategies for senior leadership, ensuring public readiness level scrutiny and regulatory compliance.
This position partners closely with HR leadership, Finance, Legal, and senior executives to deliver data-driven insights, compensation modeling, proxy disclosure support, and executive compensation governance best practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Compensation Strategy & Program Design
  • Support the design and administration of executive compensation programs, including base salary, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, equity or equity-like awards, and executive benefits
  • Conduct market benchmarking
  • Develop competitive pay analyses aligned with company growth strategy and public readiness
  • Model compensation scenarios, including performance-based outcomes

Governance & Best Practices
  • Assist in preparing executive compensation frameworks aligned with leading market and public company best practices
  • Support Compensation Committee materials and presentations
  • Monitor emerging trends in executive compensation, governance and incentive design

Analytics & Financial Modeling
  • Build and maintain executive compensation models tied to financial performance metrics
  • Conduct dilution analysis and equity burn rate modeling
  • Support equity plan administration and share reserve forecasting
  • Analyze pay-for-performance alignment

Governance & Compliance
  • Ensure executive compensation programs comply with applicable tax, legal, and regulatory requirements
  • Implement strong controls, documentation, and review processes
  • Maintain documentation and audit readiness for compensation programs

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Finance during budgeting and forecasting cycles
  • Partner with Legal and Finance to prepare compensation disclosures
  • Partner with brand leadership to ensure alignment across multiple operating brands

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4 Year Degree / Bachelor's

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION
  • 4+ years progressive experience in executive compensation, total rewards, or related fields
  • Experience in complex, multi-unit, or multi-brand public-company organizations preferred
  • Experience supporting Compensation Committees preferred

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise
  • Experience with equity administration platforms
  • Familiarity with proxy disclosure and public company reporting requirements
  • Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities
  • Ability to interpret financial statements and performance metrics
  • High business acumen and understanding of performance-based compensation
  • Strong executive presence and ability to work with senior leadership
  • Discretion and ability to manage highly confidential information
  • Detail-oriented with strong governance mindset
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
