Operations Manager (Deputy Program Manager). The Operations Manager serves as the Deputy Program Manager (DPM) and is responsible for overseeing day-to-day program execution in support of the MACC-TTE environment. This role ensures seamless coordination of operations, customer requirements, and program activities, while supporting the Program Manager in delivering mission objectives.  Location: Camp Atterbury (Edinburgh, IN) and Muscatatuck Urban Training Center (Butlerville, IN)  Oak Grove Technologies is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business based in Raleigh, NC, with a Test and Training Center located near Fort Bragg and Camp Mackall. Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily operations, including the operation, maintenance, and development of MACC-TTE environments 
* Manage customer support for testing, training, and experimentation events, including gathering and executing requirements 
* Integrate sponsor and customer requirements into comprehensive, coordinated program plans 
* Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and installation stakeholders to ensure mission success 
* Establish responsibilities, set expectations, and manage assigned projects, budgets, and schedules 
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and external agencies on assigned efforts 
* Ensure consistent on-site presence during regular duty hours (Monday–Friday, excluding Federal holidays) 
* Support program execution and assume Program Manager responsibilities when required 
Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Management, or related field (or equivalent     experience) 
Required Experience * Minimum 7 years of experience in cyber range or computer testbed environments 
* Minimum 7 years of Program Management or senior-level DoD/defense industry experience supporting senior DoD personnel 
* At least 2 years of experience supporting Army and Joint Cyber Training operations 
* Strong project management experience with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate complex training programs 
* Able to plan, execute, evaluate, and lead Cyber training programs effectively. Possess knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management. 
* Working knowledge of IT/OT systems, networking, and cellular technologies 
* Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders in a mission-driven environment 
* Meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT II requirements.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills 
* Ability to manage competing priorities and complex program requirements 
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
