About the Role

Ready to lead a team, improve how work gets done, and make a real impact? As an Operations Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, support service quality, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and help drive financial performance. You'll partner closely with your team and key client contacts to solve challenges, streamline processes, and keep progress moving forward. This role is based in Raleigh, North Carolina, with three in-office days each week and up to 10% travel.

You're Good At

  • Leading and developing direct reports while creating a motivated, high-performing team
  • Managing multiple priorities, solving problems quickly, and staying calm under pressure
  • Building strong relationships with key clients and Raleigh-based stakeholders
  • Reviewing workflows, improving procedures and policies, and developing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Using Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Smartsheet, Asana, and Canva to stay organized and effective

  • Prior managerial experience
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple resources
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations and public speaking

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25%

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Operations Manager is between $75,000 - $90,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
