Siren Song Wines is seeking an organized, creative, hospitality-focused Events Manager to lead weddings, private events, winery experiences, and celebrations in one of Washington’s premier destination wine regions.

This role is ideal for someone who loves bringing people together, orchestrating beautiful experiences, and managing the countless details that create unforgettable events.

What You’ll Do

Plan & Execute Exceptional Events

  • Coordinate weddings, private parties, wine dinners, corporate events, and special experiences
  • Manage event timelines, logistics, vendor communication, and staffing
  • Prepare and communicate Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
  • Ensure flawless execution from planning through breakdown


Create Memorable Guest Experiences

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and event guests
  • Deliver elevated hospitality and personalized service
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively solve problems
  • Ensure events feel seamless, welcoming, and polished


Collaborate Across Departments

  • Coordinate with culinary, tasting room, and hospitality teams
  • Communicate event expectations clearly and effectively
  • Help align operational execution with the Siren Song brand experience


Support Business Growth

  • Assist with event sales inquiries and client relationship building
  • Help develop creative event concepts and guest experiences
  • Support marketing and promotional initiatives tied to events
