Courtyard Raleigh/Cary Parkside Town Commons is seeking an energetic, strategic, and results-driven Director of Sales to lead revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and position our property as a preferred choice for business travel, meetings, events, and group stays in the Cary and Research Triangle market.

Located within Parkside Town Commons, the hotel offers walkable access to shopping, dining, and entertainment, convenient proximity to Raleigh-Durham International Airport and Research Triangle Park, and welcoming spaces for guests to work, gather, and relax.

What You’ll Do

·         Develop and execute a proactive sales strategy that grows corporate, group, SMERF, government, sports, and local negotiated business.

·         Build strong relationships with corporate travel managers, meeting planners, local businesses, community partners, and destination contacts.

·         Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, market research, site visits, and community engagement.

·         Partner with hotel leadership to maximize occupancy, average daily rate, revenue per available room, and event-related revenue.

·         Prepare proposals, conduct tours, negotiate contracts, and close business that aligns with hotel goals.

·         Monitor competitive trends, market demand, and account performance to adjust strategy and improve results.

·         Represent the hotel with professionalism, urgency, and a service-first mindset at every stage of the sales cycle.
