Job Summary:
Alluvionic is currently seeking experienced applicants for a Logistics Manager position to support the National Science Foundation (NSF), Technology, Innovation, and Partnerships (TIP) Directorate Logistics and Operational Support contract.

Location: Telework (Travel Required)
Position: *Contingent Upon Contract Award*
Responsibilities: 
  • Plans and coordinates logistical requirements for meetings, proposal review panels, and events
  • Coordinates logistics and onsite support for onsite and offsite meetings, events, and webinars
  • Coordinates logistical support in preparation for outreach events including tasks such as event budget and planning, venue and catering subcontracting, printing, mailing, and event set up and breakdown
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum Experience: 4 Years
  • Experience planning and coordinating meeting / panel / event logistics
