Notre Dame School of Milwaukee is a Catholic School founded by the School Sisters of Notre Dame in Milwaukee, WI. Notre Dame School of Milwaukee is a Grade K3-8 Catholic school currently serving over 765 students across three campuses including an all-boys middle school, an all-girls middle school, a co-ed primary school, and an Early Childhood Education program. Position Overview: 

Notre Dame School of Milwaukee seeks a dependable, organized, and service-minded Operations & IT Support Coordinator to assist with daily school operations and provide basic technology support to faculty and staff. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in school administration and IT support within a mission-driven environment.

Education/Experience:  High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (completed or in progress).

Responsibilities: The roles responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Operations

  • Support daily administrative and operational needs
  • Assist with event coordination and logistics
  • Manage supplies and maintain organized records
  • Respond to facilities requests and coordinate with vendors
  • Provide general support to faculty and staff

IT Support

  • Serve as first point of contact for basic technology issues
  • Troubleshoot common computer, printer, phone, and other classroom and office technology
  • Set up School owned devices and user accounts for staff and students 
  • End of school year audit of staff and student devices. Clean/repair/label devices for the coming year
  • Assist with Google Workspace account management
  • Maintain technology inventory and device tracking
  • Coordinate with Director of IT when needed

Work Conditions:

  • Must be able to commute between campuses

  • Light physical activity may be required, such as lifting or moving supplies (typically up to 20-30 lbs).
