Job Summary:
Cape Fox Shared Services is seeking a highly organized and motivated Program Manager to support a federal government client. This role involves overseeing program management tasks including contract execution, personnel management, and quality assurance to ensure mission success.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects
โ€ข Lead and guide the work of technical staff
โ€ข Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
โ€ข Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage
โ€ข Monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met
โ€ข Serve as the single point of contact for all contract execution matters, ensuring full compliance with all terms, conditions, and performance requirements of the contract
โ€ข Interface directly with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) to address performance concerns, task prioritization, and contractual modifications
โ€ข Manage costs, schedule, and performance across all task areas, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards
โ€ข Oversee staffing actions, including recruitment, retention, performance evaluation, and professional development of all contract personnel supporting the government mission
โ€ข Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure contract performance meets or exceeds all Government-defined standards and metrics
โ€ข Prepare and submit all required contract deliverables, including monthly status reports, financial reports, and staffing updates in accordance with the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL)
โ€ข Conduct regular program reviews with corporate leadership and Government stakeholders to communicate program health, risks, and mitigation strategies
โ€ข Manage subcontractor performance and coordination, ensuring alignment with prime contract requirements and Government expectations
โ€ข Identify and mitigate programmatic risks through proactive planning, resource allocation, and contingency development
โ€ข Ensure compliance with all applicable federal regulations, Army policies, and installation-specific requirements at Dugway Proving Ground
