Job description

Job Summary:
Digital Consultants LLC is a certified SBA 8(a) small, disadvantaged business dedicated to delivering professional solutions to various IT customers. They are seeking a Program Manager to oversee contract management and personnel at the United States Army West Desert Test Center, ensuring compliance with contract terms and the execution of IT and Information System services.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the Contractor's central point of contact with the Government for performance of all work under the contract.
• Provide overall management and oversight of contract performance.
• Ensure all work performed complies with contract requirements, terms, and conditions.
• Coordinate work schedules, travel requirements, reporting, accountability, conduct, and performance of contractor personnel.
• Maintain communication with the Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and Government stakeholders.
• Designate and coordinate with the Alternate Program Manager when absent.
• Ensure contractor personnel meet required training, certification, and qualification requirements.
• Support contract performance reviews, meetings, briefings, and reporting requirements.
• Monitor contract performance and assist in resolving operational issues and Government concerns.
• Support transition-in, staffing, and workforce continuity activities.
• Ensure compliance with Army, WDTC, cybersecurity, information security, operational security (OPSEC), physical security, personnel security, public affairs, and foreign disclosure requirements applicable to contract performance.
• Be available to respond to Government concerns and situations in support of contract execution.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Clearance: Secret
• Certifications: IAT I minimum and PMP preferred
• Education: HS Diploma; Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Info Systems, Business Administration or Management preferred
• Experience: 24 semester hours in mathematical, engineering, or quantitative analysis coursework, 15 years of cost analysis experience, familiarity with DoD cost databases, OR 5 years of experience within the last 10 years serving as a Program Manager.
• Physical Requirements: The candidate must be able to travel to other worksites as required and with or without reasonable accommodation, be able to sit, stand, use computers and monitors, and perform duties in an office environment for extended periods. The candidate must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. on occasion (e.g., moving a case of paper or similar task) that may occur occasionally.

• Certifications: PMP preferred
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Info Systems, Business Administration or Management preferred
• Desired experience includes: Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) Information Technology service contracts.
• Desired experience includes: Experience supporting enterprise IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, network operations, systems administration, or service desk environments.
