Overview
WORK CONTROL / PLANNER SCHEDULER:
Dean|Fluor is looking for a Work Control / Planner Scheduler in Bluffdale Utah.
Responsibilities
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Managing and maintaining Project files; coordinating work control meetings with project team members
  • Generating daily and week preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Updating work schedules and work logs in Maximo.
  • Working with subcontractors entering all information gathered during subcontractor PMs and corrective maintenance into Maximo.
  • Working with project team in creating, changing and entering work details in to Maximo.
  • May be required to work overtime or varying hours.
  • Verifying and categorizing all work PMs, corrective work tickets and warranty tickets are electronically assigned to the proper owners for repairs to be performed.

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
  • At minimum high school diploma or equivalent coupled with three (3) years' experience in a maintenance planner or work control field.
  • Must be able to achieve and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products; good organizational skills; and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • This position is considered sensitive and may require extensive background screening processes in order to meet current or future -Network and/or government contract needs. Applicants and employees may be subject to and/or be required to meet specific background eligibility requirements in order to apply and maintain such positions.

Desired Skills:
  • Experience working in an industrial environment
  • Previous experience using Maximo or CMMS program.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
