Job description

About the Role:
As a Real Estate Analyst Manager for CBRE, you will provide strategic, ongoing management of a team of Real Estate Analysts dedicated to supporting the real estate transaction activities of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. You will oversee training, task execution, and day-to-day team operations. Close collaboration with Church Area Real Estate Managers and CBRE, ensuring optimal outcomes for our clients is critical to success.
What You'll Do:
  • Provide day-to-day management and leadership of Real Estate Analysts, including timesheet administration, performance evaluations, resource allocation, customer satisfaction monitoring, and team goal setting.
  • Evaluate and analyze real estate appropriation requests, gathering information for data input, and preparing maps and other related data
  • Support tracking lease information, property values, capital expenditures, rental rates, and real estate assignments.
  • Gather resources to execute lease renewals, new site acquisitions, and disposition of surplus space through subleasing.
  • Review and analyze information from municipalities, outside entities, and other Church departments to help prepare and execute the acquisition, disposition, and property use agreements under the direction of Church real estate project managers.
  • Track status of working projects and update associated program tracking tools.
  • Work with internal and external teams to ensure integration between the service lines.
  • Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans in support of achieving functional goals.
  • Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
  • Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams .
  • Work within broad guidelines and policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:
  • As the position requires the candidate to work on-site at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, you must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Experience with Church real estate transactions is preferred.
  • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
  • Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
  • Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
