Position Details:

- Provides supervision of clinical services consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Aspen Grove Behavioral Hospital.
- Act as a working manager and provides group and individual therapy sessions.
- Direct team planning, discharge planning, case management service, crisis intervention and liaison services.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of staff and patient therapy programs.
Qualifications
- Your Qualifications and Requirements will include:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapy required
- Five to eight years' experience in an inpatient behavioral hospital setting.
- Must have a valid/active clinical license in Utah.
- Must have a valid Driver's License and a good driving record.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, time management, and crisis intervention.
- Keep current with continuing education requirements for Utah licensure.
- Experience working with adolescents preferred
- 21 years of age or older and able to pass a background check and drug test
