Job description

The Program Manager will work with senior leaders (may include the Managing Director, senior directors, and General Authorities) in defining and articulating the impact of the designated program as well as identifying the path moving forward to meet the strategic objectives of the department.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • 12 years of experience in product management, operations leadership, or related field, or related experience
    • or an equivalent combination of education and experience (16 years total).
  • Proven competence in leading complex, cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Advanced experience with program evaluation.

Preferred:

  • Demonstrated experience with successful change management.
  • Preference given to those with program management experience.
  • PMP or similar certification
  • Work closely with project sponsor (may include the Managing Director, senior directors, and General Authorities), cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
  • Manage program and project teams and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives to achieve designated objectives.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks to achieve program results.
  • Produce program reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Develop and manage the budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.
  • Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.
