Seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic Real Estate team in Henderson, NV. This role requires availability to work in the office Monday to Friday, with 2 Saturday half-day shifts a Month. Total hours are 35 -40 hours weekly. This position offers Bonus pay for applicants who have or obtain their Real Estate license, and that also allows other commission-based income opportunities as well.
We are a highly productive Top Selling Real Estate Group searching for a motivated Real Estate Assistant eager to learn and grow within the industry. If you thrive in a fast-paced and fun environment, this opportunity is for you. This position offers a significant chance to support daily Real Estate Sales office operations, basic bookkeeping, and Leads & Project management.
The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, resourceful, and able to commit to a Possible Hybrid position, as part of Career Advancement within. We are looking for a dedicated individual with a car ( Gas Allowance included), efficient under pressure, and proficient in Spreadsheets and the Google Office Suite. Some basic Knowledge of our marketing tools, like MS Publisher and Adobe Suite, is a bonus.

• Ability to maintain organized digital and physical filing systems using Dropbox and Google Drive.
• Proven track record of coordinating office operations and managing administrative resources efficiently.
• Experience in overseeing listing and transaction coordination from contract to close.
• Ability to manage the Team Leader's calendar, appointments, and client events effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and real estate transaction management software.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and cloud-based document management systems like Dropbox and Google Drive is essential for success in this role.
