Real Estate Legal Assistant


Calgary, Alberta 

REAL-R is looking for a Real Estate Legal Assistant to join a small, supportive law firm in south Calgary along Macleod Trail. This role focuses on residential real estate transactions, particularly pre-owned resales.

If you are detail oriented, organized, and experienced with Esilaw 360 and Unity Conveyancing, this could be a great fit for you.

You will support full file management from opening to closing, prepare and review legal documents, coordinate with clients and external partners, and ensure smooth and accurate real estate transactions.

What we are looking for

  • 3 to 5 years of real estate legal assistant experience
  • Strong residential real estate background
  • Experience with Esilaw 360 and Unity Conveyancing
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple files in a fast paced environment
