Our title insurance agency is known for its high level of customer service, and a friendly approach to the title business, so we are seeking a candidate with a great attitude and outgoing personality.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain good customer and vendor relationships
  • Effectively communicate with all parties in the transaction
  • Work with other title companies on split closings
  • Generating real estate closing documents
  • Knowledge of TRID guidelines including CD preparation
  • Review and understand purchase agreements
  • Review and satisfy all conditions required for closing
  • Strong computer skills
