Job description

Madison Settlement Services is looking to hire an experienced full-time experienced Processor! Here at Madison, we provide world-class service to customers in a proactive manner that exhibits the greatest standards of integrity, professionalism, proficiency, courtesy and dedication.  The ideal candidate would be someone who has previous experience in the title industry, someone who puts customer service at top priority, and someone that is detail oriented and precision-focused.

Madison Settlement Services offers a fantastic benefits package to fulltime employees. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Request/Prepare Deeds, POAs, Trust Certs, and Affidavits.
  • Review documents (ie. Trust, Divorce Decree) for vesting/signer issues.
  • Prepares title docs, including affidavits and additional documents prepared at closing
  • Collaborates with lender for balancing of Closing Disclosure
  • Reviews loan closing documents
  • Schedules closings with signing company / notary
  • Any additional tasks needed to prepare for closing

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Effective and clear communication to co-workers, customers and outside vendors/clients

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required

Experience: Previous title processing experience required (1-3 years)

Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
