Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead and drive a large-scale Finance Transformation initiative centered around the implementation of a modern ERP solution (Workday Financials or Oracle Fusion Cloud). This is a high-visibility, strategic role that will serve as the central point of leadership across business and technology stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of a best-in-class finance platform.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned program leader with deep experience managing complex, multi-year, enterprise-wide ERP implementations, a strong understanding of finance business processes, working knowledge of system integrations, and a proven ability to navigate organizational change.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the Finance ERP transformation program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, budget, scope, and timeline
  • Define and manage the overall program roadmap, workstreams, milestones, and critical path activities
  • Oversee system integrator(s) and third-party vendor relationships, ensuring accountability and quality of deliverables
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Finance leadership, IT, HR, Procurement, and other cross-functional stakeholders
  • Partner with executive sponsors to communicate program vision, progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues; maintain comprehensive risk and issue registers

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive program/project management experience, with a minimum of 5 years leading large-scale ERP implementations (Workday Financials and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud required)
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-year transformation programs with cross-functional teams of 30+ resources (internal and external)
  • Proven track record of managing system integrator partnerships (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, KPMG)
  • Strong command of program governance, risk management, and executive-level communication
