Job description

Oxford Solutions is working with a client seeking an ERP Implementation Project Manager for a 6 to 12 month onsite contract role.

This position will lead the implementation of a new ERP system, managing the project from planning through execution. The ERP Project Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and business leaders to ensure the system rollout is completed on time, aligned with business needs, and effectively adopted across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full ERP implementation lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, execution, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support
  • Coordinate project activities across internal business teams, technical resources, vendors, and leadership
  • Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, and issue tracking
  • Facilitate meetings, status updates, and communication between stakeholders
  • Identify project risks and work proactively to resolve roadblocks
  • Support change management efforts and help ensure successful user adoption
  • Track progress against project goals and provide regular reporting to leadership
  • Ensure ERP implementation activities align with business processes, system requirements, and operational needs

Qualifications

  • 8 to 10 years of proven experience managing ERP implementation projects
  • Experience with Acumatica is highly preferred
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines
  • Background working in technology, robotics, manufacturing, hardware, or similar environments preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
  • PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification preferred
