What You'll Do
As a core member of our implementation team, you'll play a vital role in guiding organizations through the ERP journey - from planning and configuration to post-launch optimization:
  • Lead ERP system implementation, configuration, and customization
  • Analyze business processes and align them with ERP functionalities
  • Oversee data migration from legacy systems
  • Provide training and support to employees
  • Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot and enhance performance
  • Ensure post-implementation monitoring and continuous improvement

Who You Are
You're a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives in dynamic environments.
  • This role can be office based or remote/work from home. Travel will be required for different implementation assignments.
  • Experience in ERP system implementation (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, SYSPRO and Acumatica)
  • Bachelor's degree in IT , Business or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • A background in Finance or Accounting is a PLUS!
