What You'll Do
- Hunt for New Business : Prospect, cold call, and network to identify and engage decision-makers.
- Generate Qualified Leads : Build a strong pipeline through strategic outreach and market research.
- Close Deals : Present tailored IT support and technology solutions that help clients streamline operations, improve efficiency, strengthen security, and reduce overall costs.
- Collaborate and Grow : Work with internal teams to ensure client success and long-term relationships.
Requirements
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of outside sales experience , ideally in B2B or IT services.
- Proven success in lead generation, prospecting, and closing .
- A hunter's mindset: self-motivated, persistent, and results-driven.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms.
- Willingness to travel within your assigned region.
